He believes in leading by example, putting his full effort into every project and treating his team with respect. Charles is committed to training and developing others, creating opportunities for growth and encouraging individuals to prove themselves through dedication and consistency.
Beyond landscaping, Charles is deeply involved in the Gates community. He serves on the Board of Commissioners for the Gates Fire Department, is actively involved with the Gates Farmers Market, and volunteers with numerous local organizations.
